Are We?

Founded in 2014, OMI Firm started by securing simple graphic design and copywriting projects via freelancer websites like Elance (now Upwork ).

Then, as we continued our education while taking on progressively larger projects over ten years of continual 5-star service we've become a full-service marketing firm for both startups, established, corporations, and other marketing firms open to partnership.

Mike is a writer, physicist, investor, and award-winning marketing strategist.

He started off developing the branding assets that restaurants in China needed to attract more customers while working as a foreign English teacher full-time.

As he did so, he relied on his US military veteran’s benefits to earn a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, having won two awards in the field from Full Sail University: one in global Internet marketing strategies and another in online campaign development.

At the same time, he attracted his first online clients from Elance.com, earning his first 5-star reviews performing simple content writing and graphic designing jobs.

Upon completing his college education, he promoted himself as a marketing project manager or fractional chief marketing officer (CMO), targeting larger contracts for well-established corporations on LinkedIn and Upwork.com.

Nearly 200 companies served, two awards won, back-to-back 5-star reviews, and a sustained 95%-100% job success rate over ten years later…
